1300 Blinds installed a retractable awning for me 3 years ago. My remote fell into water and stopped working. I just wanted to thank Luke for coming out and programming my new remote which I was struggling with. The job only took a few minutes and while he could have charged me a call out fee he didn't which I am extremely grateful for.
